How do you protect fragile glass shades and heavy lamp bases during shipping? Shipping delicate home decor requires absolute structural security. To guarantee perfection, every Lorentique lamp is nested inside custom-molded, shock-absorbing foam inserts that wrap securely around the glass, ceramic, and metal frames. Shipped inside thick, double-walled corrugated outer boxes, we ensure your items arrive completely crack-free, dent-free, and flawless.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your haul leaves our fulfillment hub, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your package straight to your doorstep.

Do Lorentique lamps come with light bulbs included? To give you immediate warmth straight out of the box, most of our signature lamps include a complimentary, energy-efficient eco-LED bulb meticulously selected to match the lamp’s ideal color temperature. Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to view your home in a beautiful new light! We accept returns on completely unused, uninstalled lamps in their original, pristine condition, packed inside their original custom foam molds and factory packaging with all wiring ties and safety labels intact within 30 days of delivery.
